How to request account deletion

To request the deletion of your account, you can send an email to:

In the email, include the following information:

• Full name
• Email address associated with your account
• A formal request stating that you wish to delete your account and your personal data

What data will be deleted

Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete or anonymize the information associated with your account, including, where applicable:

• Profile information
• Contact information
• Data associated with the use of the application
• History or records created within the application

Data that could be preserved

Some data may be retained for as long as necessary if there is a legal, tax, contractual, security, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance or dispute resolution obligation.

Where possible, this data will be limited, protected, or anonymized.

Processing time

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, normally within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the complete application.
