However, Representative Elizabeth&#039;s response indicated that she would not allow changes to the entry dates used to determine eligibility.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This proposal from the Democrats is not the only one they have used; initially, they would have sought to use their spending bill to provide around 8 million Green Cards for: Dreamers, people with Temporary Protected Status (TPS), agricultural workers, and essential employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Dick Durbin (D-Illinois), said he was \u201cdisappointed\u201d by the ruling and that it left them with \u201climited\u201d options.
